🌄 Tobacco Grown in the Sky

Alma del Cielo, meaning "Soul from the Sky," is crafted with tobacco grown over 3,500 feet above sea level in Condega, Nicaragua. The farm—Finca San Julián—is unlike any other: perched in the cool mountain air, kissed by sunlight, and nourished by a pure natural stream. These rare conditions give the tobacco a flavor profile that's both unique and deeply elegant.

💙 A True Love Story Behind the Blend

The origin of this cigar is as beautiful as its taste. Melalina Torres, wife of Don Nestor Plasencia, spent her childhood on the land that would become Finca San Julián. Years later, Don Nestor surprised her by buying back this cherished farm as a wedding anniversary gift. Today, it stands as a symbol of love, family, and legacy—values deeply woven into every leaf of Alma del Cielo.

Plasencia Cigars has been cultivating premium tobacco since 1865. With over 4,000 acres across Nicaragua and Honduras, the Plasencia family is known for their dedication to tradition and environmentally conscious farming. The tobacco for Alma del Cielo is grown using nature-first techniques, embracing the rhythms of the land to produce an exceptional and memorable smoke.
