Great customer service when I walked in the Man took me to the back and showed me all the different selections. Explain thoroughly to me flavors and blends. I am new to cigars so all this is a great help for me. I live in Northport, which is about an hour and a half away definitely worth the drive. I've done it twice so far just for the cigars and now I'm ordering online which is a great convenience.

Great flavor cigars with just the right sweetness. Also staff at the John's Pass in Treasure Island was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to order more from them.
ADVENTURE - Sweet Tip Dynamite 54x7 (CP576)
I was advised by a man in the shop to try this cigar !! This was my first time in the shop and I was looking for something new to try ! I lit up as soon as I got back to my condo and this cigar was one of the most delicious well made perfect cigars I have ever had !! I will be back before I go back home to NH !! And will definitely be ordering from online !! This place is awesome and makes incredible cigars !!!

I bought 3 cigars for my boyfriend, and the staff was amazing helping me pick the right ones for him. He said they were the best cigars he has ever had. Very smooth and burned well. Unfortunately we live in virginia and he out. But definitely a place worth getting your cigars. Thank you

Absolutely love this place. Stopped in for a cigar then walked out with a Gurkha set with humidor and others. Great place to find rare cigars!!

Hello. My name is Daudrian Yera and I've been a costumer for a few years now. I think I met the owner, Marcus, a while back. I'm a manager at the Bubba Gump in Orlando and I'm of cuban origin. Cigar culture is something that runs deep in my family's history. My great grandfather was a founder of one very iconic cigar factory in Villa Clara. I always count your John's Pass location as a must should I be in the area. I was there for a week just now, brought some friends over on my last day after a previous visit and I couldn't have been more impressed. Bartenders were AMAZING, giving us a total tour of your bourbons and choices for our smoked old fashioneds... tall lady, tattoos, super friendly and the best host ever. I'm sorry I forgot her name. Your hosts at the sigar shop were amazing too. Very knowledgeable in the humidor room when suggesting depending on our preferences. I can't wait to go back. Please let Marcus know he's got a very loyal customer, that should he feel the need to reach out, do not hesitate. And if he's in Orlando, I'd love to return the hospitality. Thank you for keeping our Cuban tradition of good cigars, coffee and great bartender etiquette to the highest standards. I can't wait to go back and enjoy your craft. God bless you. See you soon!
